Camp Korana

Camp Korana is the official campground of Plitvice Lakes National Park, sprawling across 35 hectares of shaded woodland along the Korana River canyon. Located just 6 km from Entrance 1, this expansive site accommodates up to 2,500 guests and offers one of the most immersive nature experiences near the park.

Guests can choose between spacious pitches for tents, caravans, and motorhomes, or settle into one of the 47 furnished bungalows equipped with twin beds, bedding, and basic furniture. Three modern sanitary blocks, laundry facilities, a grill area, and an on-site shop cover all practical needs. The Korana Restaurant seats 400 and serves both à la carte and self-service meals featuring Lika Quality regional products, with live music on the summer terrace.

Camp Korana provides organized bus transport to Plitvice Lakes, and guests staying two or more nights receive extended park entrance tickets. Activities include Nordic walking, cycling, kayaking, and horseback riding along the river. Discounted spa access at nearby Hotel Jezero is also available.
